Medical
Our Blue Shield PPO gives you the most flexibility when choosing your providers. You never need a referral to see a specialist, and you’re covered from day one.
Dental
Our Guardian PPO lets you choose your dentist in- or out-of-network. It’s a single plan managed two different ways: by Collective Health, or by Guardian. You decide which option is right for you.
Vision
VSP covers your yearly exam, as well as new lenses and frames every 12 months (or up to $400 to spend on contacts). The plan is simple to use–just provide your Social Security Number at each appointment, and your provider will explain your benefits.
Financial
We offer flexible spending accounts, a retirement plan, and life insurance with disability coverage, so you can feel some peace of mind when it comes to your financial health strategy.
